It's not often that I wait 18 months from the date of my purchase to write a review...but I wanted to maximize the impact. Rather than gush about a new, shiny mower, or bash some initial problem, as many reviews do, I waited. The guys at Service Techs are amazing! When I first bought my Super Recycler walk-behind mower, I had a couple of questions after a few uses, and they carefully showed me the answers to my questions. A little later, when I had some intermittent starting problems with the push-button start, they diagnosed and initiated a warranty replacement part order. When I returned the mower for winter servicing, they replaced the part, and during the second full mowing season I had 100% reliability!
